Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Marketo or Pardot. Develop lead nurturing workflows and automation strategies to enhance customer journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization. Ensure CRM integration and data accuracy for targeted and personalized email communications. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in email marketing. Maintain high standards for email deliverability, compliance, and brand consistency. Required Qualifications 0 to 9 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot. Strong understanding of lead nurturing, workflow automation, and CRM integration. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Required Education A Post graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. Desired Skills Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization. Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance regulations. Creative thinking with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Compensation & Benefits General Mills offers a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $86,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
