Position Summary
The UX/UI Designer will join Hershey’s digital experience team to design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high‑fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and design systems that reflect Hershey’s brand standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Develop responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 12 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within consumer‑focused or e‑commerce environments.
- Demonstrated mastery of UI design principles and best practices, including visual hierarchy, affordance, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as modern UI design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Strong foundation in typography and color theory, with the ability to create balanced, brand‑aligned visual compositions.
- Experience designing for responsive and adaptive layouts across multiple screen sizes.
- Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects, highlighting problem‑solving, user research, and visual design outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required Education

Compensation & Benefits
