Position Summary
The HR Coordinator will support China Eastern Airlines’ talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes in a fully remote capacity. This role serves as a critical liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment metrics.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, verify qualifications, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Coordinate background checks, reference verification, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Support the development and maintenance of recruitment policies, procedures, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and virtual recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance, time‑to‑fill, and candidate pipeline health.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 9 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment process, from candidate screening to offer negotiation.
- Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret recruitment data and recommend process improvements.
Required Education
A minimum of a PhD in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation & Benefits
