Position Summary

The Aerospace Engineer will join Sinochem Group’s remote engineering division, contributing to the design, development, and integration of advanced aerospace systems. This role requires a blend of systems engineering expertise, rigorous testing, and documentation skills to ensure that complex aerospace solutions meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system architecture models for aerospace platforms, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead integration testing activities, including test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot system anomalies, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate configuration management processes to control baseline versions, change requests, and product releases.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—mechanical, electrical, software, and program management—to drive seamless system integration.
  • Support risk assessments, safety reviews, and certification activities for aerospace projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 12 years of professional experience in aerospace or related high‑technology engineering environments.
  • Proven expertise in systems engineering, including system architecture development and lifecycle management.
  • Hands‑on experience with integration testing and troubleshooting of complex aerospace subsystems.
  • Strong background in creating and maintaining technical documentation and adhering to configuration management protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication with global teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Required Education

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates with equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree will also be considered.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as SysML, MagicDraw, or Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience with aerospace standards (e.g., DO‑178C, ARP4754, ISO 14649).
  • Knowledge of simulation and analysis software (MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, or similar).
  • Exposure to Agile or Lean development methodologies.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or experience leading multidisciplinary projects.

Compensation & Benefits
