Position Summary The Legal Secretary will support the legal department of China Life Insurance by providing high‑quality administrative and research assistance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Experience using legal software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, document management systems). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 0 to 12 years of relevant experience in a legal support or secretarial role. Required Education A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Desired Skills Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack.
