Key Responsibilities for Compliance Accountant:
- Conducting compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and business requirements
- Certification in compliance or related field

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Compliance Accountant position at KPMG in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
