Key Responsibilities for Inventory Controller:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

- Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze inventory data for reporting purposes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to inventory management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an inventory controller or similar role in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Desired Skills:
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM) is an asset.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and implement innovative inventory control solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Inventory Controller position at Mullen Group in Laval, Quebec, is $55,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
