Key Responsibilities For Concierge:

- Coordinate guest requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and special event bookings.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area and lobby space.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Montreal and surrounding areas to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Desired Skills:
- Additional language skills such as Spanish or Mandarin would be an asset.
- Certification in hospitality management or related field.
- Experience using hotel management software systems.
- Knowledge of local cultural events, festivals, and attractions.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Concierge position at Banff Springs Hotel in Montreal, Quebec, is between $35,000 to $45,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
