Key Responsibilities for Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with event planning as needed
- Provide general support to colleagues and visitors as required
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with office equipment such as photocopiers and printers
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
- Customer service experience is an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience
