Since February 2021, Swiss Finance & Property Ltd has held a securities firm licence, which allows the company to facilitate the issuance of securities and engage in market making activities. In the capital markets sector, we help our clients raise capital on the capital markets and advise them in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
