Key Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage the accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve payment issues
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding receivables
- Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Accounts Receivable or related field (e.g., Certified Accounts Receivable Professional)
- Experience working with BlackLine software or other accounting automation tools
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of financial reporting and analysis
