Key Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Process customer payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Prepare aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Experience working with large ERP systems.
- Certification such as Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) is a plus.
