Key Responsibilities For Accounts Reconciliation Specialist:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Reconciliation Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reconciliation techniques.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- CPA certification or working towards obtaining it.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting purposes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
