Key Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the branch manager and team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing expenses and invoices

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Desired Skills:
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Knowledge of banking or financial services industry
- Experience with CRM software or databases
- Bilingual in English and French
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Administrative Assistant position at TD Bank in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada is $40,000 to $50,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
