Key Responsibilities for Architect:
- Develop architectural designs in line with client requirements and project specifications.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and documentation for construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure design integrity and project success.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification or equivalent in Architecture.
- Extensive experience working as an Architect in the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Desired Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and BIM technology.
- Ability to present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies such as RIBA or ARB.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
