Key Responsibilities for Architect:
- Design and develop architectural plans for residential properties in compliance with building regulations and client requirements

- Utilise software tools like AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed drawings and models

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution
- Full membership with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the construction industry
- Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Architect position at Persimmon in Southend-on-Sea, East of England, is £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
