Key Responsibilities For Architect:
- Design and develop architectural plans for residential properties, ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and provide guidance to on-site teams
- Utilise CAD software to create detailed drawings and visualisations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design processes and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience working as an Architect within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning laws
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with various stakeholders effectively
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in BIM software
- Experience in sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of construction technology and materials
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
