Position Summary
The Art Teacher at Procter & Gamble will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational art instruction to employees, stakeholders, or community partners in a remote setting. This role requires a blend of artistic expertise, teaching proficiency, and the ability to inspire creativity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of art history, techniques, and contemporary practices, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive art lessons tailored to diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Create engaging virtual classroom experiences using digital tools and platforms.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to foster artistic growth.
- Design and implement art projects that align with Procter & Gamble’s values and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate art education into corporate wellness or professional development programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and educational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven artistic skills with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various mediums.
- Demonstrated teaching ability, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire students effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of art history and contemporary art practices.
- High level of creativity and the ability to adapt lessons to diverse audiences.
- 2 to 12 years of relevant experience in teaching art or a related field.
Required Education
While a formal degree in Fine Arts or Education is beneficial, Procter & Gamble values diverse educational backgrounds. Candidates with equivalent experience, certifications, or demonstrated expertise in art instruction will also be considered.
Desired Skills
- Experience with digital art tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate).

Compensation & Benefits
Procter & Gamble offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
