Key Responsibilities for Budget Analyst:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or CPA.
- Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar professional services environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial guidance and insights.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Budget Analyst position at KPMG in Boston, Massachusetts is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
