Position Summary
WilmerHale is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Data Visualization Specialist – Predictive Modeling to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a fully remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere within the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models and creating compelling data visualizations to support strategic decision-making across the firm. You will collaborate with attorneys, business professionals, and other data specialists to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of predictive models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results of analyses.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and predictive modeling.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a distributed team setting.
- Must be located within the United States.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote employee, you will be responsible for maintaining a suitable home office environment that meets the following requirements:
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.

- Company-provided laptop and necessary software.

Compensation & Benefits
