Key Responsibilities For Business Process Manager:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Business Process Manager position at Cognizant in Little Rock, Arkansas is $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
