Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Strategic Account Executive - Account Management to join our dynamic sales team. As a REMOTE member of Salesforce, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts within a designated industry. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with customer objectives and Salesforce's strategic goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Salesforce's footprint within existing accounts by uncovering new use cases and solution areas.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, and product management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Salesforce product offerings.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities in Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a productive and seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Dedicated Home Office: A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- High-Speed Internet: Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
- Equipment: Company-provided laptop, headset, and any other necessary equipment. A home office stipend may be provided to assist with setting up your workspace.
- Time Zone: Must be able to work during core business hours in the [Eastern/Central/Mountain/Pacific - INSERT ONE] time zone.
Desired Skills

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this REMOTE position is $130,000 - $180,000, plus commission, depending on experience and location. Salesforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
