Key Responsibilities for Business Support Officer:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the team in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Assist in organising events, workshops, and other company activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
