Key Responsibilities For Capital Markets Associate:
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support capital markets transactions.
- Assist in the execution of equity and debt offerings.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.
- Maintain relationships with clients and support business development efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
- CFA or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with Bloomberg terminal and other financial tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Capital Markets Associate position at PNC Financial Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
