Key Responsibilities For Carpenter:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand project specifications
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures such as doors, cabinets, windows, and staircases
- Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures
- Collaborating with other construction workers to ensure timely project completion
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good physical condition and stamina to handle manual labour tasks

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
