Key Responsibilities For Client Onboarding Specialist (Finance):

- Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to verify client identities and prevent fraudulent activities.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on account features and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding processes for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in the onboarding process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client onboarding or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) or related field.
- Experience working with client onboarding software or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
