Key Responsibilities For Client Relationship Manager:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and account management

- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
Desired Skills:
- CFA or CFP certification preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and financial modeling tools
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Client Relationship Manager position at Morgan Stanley in Newark, New Jersey is $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
