Key Responsibilities For Clinical Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and HCA Healthcare policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other department managers to facilitate multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.
- Monitor patient care for quality, safety, and effectiveness, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Manage departmental budget, resources, and staffing to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and practices.
- Work closely with senior management to align clinical services with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Current RN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical procedures, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $85,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
