Key Responsibilities for Clinical Research Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with investigators, research staff, and external partners to ensure smooth study implementation
- Oversee participant recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate study documentation and data collection processes
- Monitor study progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Assist in the preparation of research protocols, reports, and presentations
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in research conduct

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health sciences or life sciences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and relevant regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and research database management

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., SOCRA, ACRP)
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (EDC)
- Understanding of medical terminology and research methodologies
- Project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Clinical Research Coordinator position at Fraser Health Authority in Windsor, Ontario, is between $60,000 to $75,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
