- Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., SoCRA, ACRP) is an asset

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., REDCap, Medidata)
- Knowledge of research ethics boards (REBs) processes and submissions
- Familiarity with budget management and grant applications
