Key Responsibilities for Compliance Administrator:

- Certification in Compliance or related field (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I)
- Experience working in the administrative & office support industry
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments
- Strong project management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Compliance Administrator position at Randstad in Wilmington, Delaware is $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
