- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance integrity
Desired Skills:
- Professional certification such as CAMS, CRCM, or CFE
- Experience working with compliance software and tools for monitoring and reporting
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement compliance best practices
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging compliance issues in the Banking & Finance sector
