Desired Skills:
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) is a plus.
- Experience with compliance software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of international compliance standards and regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Compliance Analyst position at Vanguard in Los Angeles, California, is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
