Key Responsibilities for Compliance Officer (Healthcare):

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance issues.
Desired Skills:
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation.
- Experience working with compliance software and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices in healthcare settings.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulatory environments and implement compliance strategies accordingly.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Compliance Officer (Healthcare) position at Humana in Fargo, North Dakota is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
