Key Responsibilities For Compliance Officer (Healthcare):
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and laws.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, compliance, law, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, such as HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess compliance risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CHPC) is preferred.

Desired Skills:
- Experience working with compliance software and tools to streamline processes and monitor compliance activities.
- Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and healthcare accreditation standards.
- Ability to lead training sessions and educational programs on compliance-related topics for employees.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance initiatives within a healthcare setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Compliance Officer (Healthcare) position at UnitedHealth Group in Seattle, Washington, is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
