Key Responsibilities for Consolidations Accountant:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations for ADP's global entities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards in financial reporting
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline consolidation processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures for external reporting purposes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial consolidations or related accounting functions
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial consolidation systems

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar consolidation software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Compensation & Benefits:
