Position Summary
Perkins Coie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content CRO Specialist - SEO to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. The Content CRO Specialist - SEO will be responsible for optimizing website content to improve conversion rates (CRO) and search engine rankings (SEO). You will analyze website performance, conduct A/B tests, implement data-driven strategies, and collaborate with content creators and SEO specialists to enhance user experience and drive organic traffic. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, conversion optimization best practices, and content marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify areas for improvement in both SEO and CRO.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and other key website elements.
- Analyze website analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor website performance and track key metrics, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and organic traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, CRO, and content marketing.
- Prepare and present reports on website performance and optimization efforts.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO and CRO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Contribute to virtual team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing insights and ideas for improving website performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and CRO, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with A/B testing tools, such as Google Optimize or Optimizely.
- Proficiency in website analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to maintain a professional and productive remote work environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a successful remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
- Reliable computer with sufficient processing power and memory to run required software.
- Webcam and microphone for video conferencing.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Must be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
Desired Skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Perkins Coie offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
