Key Responsibilities For Contract Administrator:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal counsel, sales teams, and procurement, to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations and handle any contract modifications or terminations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) designation is a plus.
- Experience using contract management software or tools.
- Knowledge of software licensing agreements and intellectual property rights.
