Key Responsibilities For Corporate Accountant:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or in the process of obtaining it
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Corporate Accountant position at Oracle NetSuite in Boston, Massachusetts is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
