Position Summary
TCS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Contracts Manager specializing in Regulatory Affairs for a fully remote position. This role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts related to regulatory compliance, including but not limited to vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and service level agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of regulatory-related contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, from initial request to execution and renewal or termination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Development, to ensure alignment on contract terms.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract database and tracking system.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal and external parties.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EPA).
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Ability to maintain a professional and productive home office environment.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 25 Mbps.
- Reliable computer with up-to-date operating system and security software.
- Webcam and headset for virtual meetings.
- Ability to work during standard US business hours (Eastern Time preferred).

- Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or similar certification.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this remote Corporate Contracts Manager - Regulatory Affairs position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
