- Deliver professional services and expertise in corporate counsel

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Canada
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with provincial bar admission and 5+ years corporate law experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Corporate Law
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
