Key Responsibilities For Corporate Finance Associate:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Knowledge of financial principles, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP, Hyperion) is a plus
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or CFA certification
- Experience with complex financial transactions, restructuring, or due diligence processes
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Corporate Finance Associate position at Bank of America in Austin, Texas is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
