Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Assist in coordinating service appointments and follow-ups with customers
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in the automotive or technology industry
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainable energy concepts
- Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish or French
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and technologies
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Customer Service Administrator position at Tesla in Burlington, Vermont is $40,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
