Position Summary
Fiverr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Healthcare Data Analyst - Predictive Modeling to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to improve healthcare outcomes and optimize various aspects of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models using various statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to healthcare data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate the performance of predictive models and continuously improve their accuracy and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
- Effectively communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders via virtual communication channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and predictive modeling, with a focus on healthcare data.
- Strong proficiency in statistical modeling techniques, such as regression, classification, and time series analysis.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, such as decision trees, random forests, and neural networks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Must be able to work within the US time zones with overlap with Eastern time for team meetings.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
Technical Requirements
- Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum upload/download speed of 25 Mbps.
- Company-provided laptop and necessary software.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to participate in video conferencing and online collaboration activities.
Desired Skills
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
