Key Responsibilities for DeFi Analyst:

- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in the DeFi space to provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize DeFi strategies and enhance investment portfolios
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on DeFi market insights for senior management and clients

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the DeFi or blockchain industry
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance concepts, protocols, and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the DeFi Analyst position at Morningstar in Fargo, North Dakota is $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
