Position Summary

Williams-Sonoma is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This remote position will focus on driving brand engagement and growth through strategic social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and paid social advertising. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with Williams-Sonoma’s brand vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 11 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and content scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics and insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage community interactions.
  • Experience in paid social advertising, including campaign setup and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.

Required Education

Others: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and retail marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.
  • Certification in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Williams-Sonoma offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $82,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional development.
