Required Qualifications 5 to 14 years of professional experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles. Proficiency with email marketing platforms, specifically Mailchimp and Constant Contact, including template creation and automation workflows. Demonstrated expertise in email campaign creation and segmentation across B2B and B2C audiences. Strong knowledge of A/B testing and optimization methodologies and tools. Experience ensuring email deliverability and compliance with global regulations. Ability to track, analyze, and interpret campaign metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Desired Skills Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. Understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
