Position Summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital SEO Specialist - PPC to join our growing marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. The Digital SEO Specialist - PPC will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our paid search (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, campaign optimization, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving organic and paid traffic, improving search rankings, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and PPC trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Manage PPC budgets effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and PPC management.
  • Proven track record of success in improving organic search rankings and driving paid traffic.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to reliably work remotely from a suitable home office environment.

Technical Requirements

To be successful in this fully remote role, you must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Dedicated home office space free from distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Reliable computer with a webcam and microphone.
  • Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Availability to work during core business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred) to facilitate team collaboration.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in the legal industry or other professional services.

Compensation & Benefits
