KGaA is seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical circuits, systems, and electronic components in alignment with project requirements. Create detailed schematics, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines. Provide technical support during the manufacturing and implementation phases of projects. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electrical design to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 2 to 8 years of experience in electrical design or a related field. Proficiency in electrical engineering, circuit design, and electronics. Advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams. Required Education A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Desired Skills Experience with simulation software such as MATLAB or SPICE. Familiarity with PCB design and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, NEC, or UL. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Compensation & Benefits Henkel AG & Co. KGaA offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
