Desired Skills: - SHRM certification or equivalent is a plus. - Experience in a global or matrix organization. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Knowledge of labor relations and union avoidance strategies. - Training and facilitation skills. Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Specialist position at General Electric (GE) in Los Angeles, California is $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
